Atletico Madrid's new signing Stefan Savic sang praises about the quality of his new football club on Monday, underlining that his new coach Diego Simeone is the best in the business.
"Simeone is the best coach in world football. I am excited to meet him and I hope to talk soon to discover what's expected of me," Efe quoted Savic, who left Italian side Fiorentina, as saying upon his arrival here.
"I'm very happy, Atletico's a big club... I will now pass the medical then I'll be able to join the team," the Montenegro international added.
After three seasons with Fiorentina and after the agreement reach by the two sides, the 24-year-old defender will switch places with Atletico's outgoing Mario Suarez.
Savic will head to a clinic here to undergo the relevant medical examinations prior to complete the contract formalities.
