Australia beat India by four wickets on the fourth day to win the second cricket Test at the Gabba here Saturday to take a 2-0 lead in the four-match series.

India were bowled out for 224 in their second innings earlier in the day. Chasing 128, Australia were reduced to 25 for two with pacer Ishant Sharma taking both the wickets at tea. But left-handed opener Chris Rogers' 55 was enough to help Australia cross the line, reaching the mark despite losing six wickets.
