Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad on Monday demanded an all-party meeting should be held to discuss the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
"Governments are run on trust and faith, but people of Jammu and Kashmir have a sense of mistrust towards the current government. I would request the government to have an all-party meeting here to discuss the current situation in the state," said Ghulam Nabi Azad.
Over a week long cycle of violence has left 40 protesters and two policemen dead in Kashmir.
