Spanish football powerhouse Real Madrid's French striker Karim Benzema told the court investigating an alleged sex tape blackmail case of his national teammate Mathieu Valbuena that he has never seen the tape.
"I should have told him I had not seen it. I was showing off, I was acting... It's like when you describe a movie you have not seen," he said to the court here on Friday, reports Efe.
"I have never seen that video," he added.
Benzema said at the last hearing on January 28 that he is annoyed at everything that has come out in the press, stressing that the case was made about him and not Valbuena.
The striker also insisted he never pressured Valbuena to pay the blackmailers and was surprised that he had said that to the judge.
