Veteran actress Sarika has gone on record to say that her prime reason to take up TV show "Yudh" was the attraction of working with megastar Amitabh Bachchan - again! But little did she know he would pull a prank on her on the sets.
If a source from the forthcoming show's set is to believed, the Big B got a "little playful in an attempt to scare Sarika during the shoot".
"It so happened that in one of the scenes where Sarika was supposed to bang the door on Mr. Bachchan's face, she was very watchful and worried that it shouldn't hit him. Big B took notice of this and decided to play a naughty prank on her.
"The moment Sarika shut the door on his face he screamed loudly scaring not only Sarika but the entire unit pretending that he got hurt," said the source.
The source said Sarika was almost in tears thinking that she has injured the megastar.
"In no time Amitabh opened the door and starting laughing at her and leaving one and all surprised and shocked."
In the show, Sarika plays the former wife of Yudhishtir Sikarwar, the character essayed by Big B, with whom she has appeared in four films, including Shoojit Sircar's yet-to-release "Shoebite".

Actress Mona Singh, who became popular as the desi Ugly Betty of the Indian small screen with "Jassi Jaisi Koi Nahin", will now sport the look of a fat lady for a sequence in reality show "Entertainment Ke Liye Kuch Bhi Karega".
The actress, who shows her spontaneous and witty side as the host of the show, will be seen playing a character named Pammi aunty, a lady weighing 120 kg.
"Mona will surprise everyone by dressing in a never-before-seen avatar of a 'fat lightweight girl'. Looking at Mona's avatar, everyone including the audience went on a laugh riot," said a source from the set.
To add humour to the situation, Mona even sat on her co-host Krushna Abhishek to prove that she is 'lightweight'.

TV's Maharana Pratap excited, but nervous about war scene
Young actor Faisal Khan, who plays the titular role in "Bharat Ka Veer Putra Maharana Pratap", went through rigorous training and rehearsals for a major war sequence for the TV show. He hopes his efforts translate into the "best".
"I'm very excited to be a part of such a big sequence. This will be my biggest fight ever with so many artists, horses and camels. It is not easy to handle a crowd of thousand people, but the way the production team has handled it, is great," Faisal said in a statement.
"I am happy that I got a chance to learn the very popular martial art form 'Kalaripayattu' from the specialists. I've rehearsed a lot for this war sequence, hopefully it comes out best. I am very happy but at the same time nervous too," he added.
The war scene will see drama, bravery, determination, heroism, tears and sacrifices.
"Planning and executing a war on this scale has been a great challenge. Many departments such as the action, VFX, costumes, weaponry, sets and direction have had to work in a coordinated fashion to be able to achieve this feat", said Abhimanyu Singh, CEO of Contiloe Entertainment Pvt Ltd.
