Police here Saturday gifted helmets to two-wheeler riders who were driving without one, and pens and flowers to people who followed traffic rules.
Traffic constable Rajesh Kumar, who is 7.6 feet tall, was the major attraction during the 'Joy of Giving' event held at the Kherki Daula toll plaza on the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway as part of the road safety month.
