One of the three men who shot dead a Bihar BJP worker has been arrested in Hyderabad while two others have surrendered in a court here, police said on Wednesday.
Patna Senior Superintendent of Police Vikas Vaibhav said a Patna Police team arrested Raja from Hyderabad. The two others surrendered in the court of the chief judicial magistrate.
"Police will take all the three on remand for interrogation," he said, adding all three were identified from CCTV footage.
BJP worker Avinash Kumar was shot dead while on his way to a tea shop in Salimpur Ahra area here on August 6.
