A cargo plane crashed on to a road in Italy on Friday after overshooting the runway.
The Serio International Airport in Italy's Lombardy region was temporarily closed after the accident which took place at about 4.00 a.m., the Guardian reported.
Pictures on local media showed the Boeing 737-400 aircraft belonging to courier firm DHL wedged onto a road at the end of the runway.
The aircraft was en route from Paris and landed at 4.07 a.m.
No injuries were reported with the crew, who escaped unharmed, the Guardian said.
Italian daily Corriere de la Serra said the accident happened during bad weather in the area.
The airport resumed operations at 6.47 a.m.
