Chandigarh literature festival begins Friday

The second edition of the Chandigarh Literature Festival will begin here Friday.

Authors and critics will get together for a panel discussion on "What Comes First: Great Writing or Great Criticism?", a spokesman for the event said here.

The three-day festival (Nov 8-10) will see a number of authors, critics and literary figure.
