Cheapest IPTL ticket to cost Rs.4,000

The cheapest International Premier Tennis League (IPTL) ticket this year will cost Rs.4,000 while the most expensive one will come at a price of Rs.48,000 as ticket sales commenced online on Friday.

In the second edition of the IPTL, the tickets have been priced at Rs.4,000, Rs.13,500, Rs.21,000, Rs.24,000, Rs.34,500 and Rs.48,000. In the inaugural edition, the rates ranged from Rs.3,240 to Rs.49,680.

Each ticket will allow entry for one person on all three days -- December 10, 11 and 12 -- at the Indira Gandhi Indoor Stadium. Action will begin at 4.30 p.m. on all three days.

December 10 will see Indian Aces take on Singapore Slammers while Japan Warriors will face UAE Royals. The second day will see Indian Aces face Japan Warriors and Singapore Slammers taking on Philippine Mavericks.

In the last day's action, Indian Aces will face UAE Royals while new team Japan Warriors will take on Philippine Mavericks.

Fourteen-time Grand Slam winner Rafael Nadal will lead the Aces this year. Fans can expect to see Nadal take on arch-rival Roger Federer, a member of the UAE Royals, on December 12.

IPTL starts in Kobe (December 2-4), before moving to Manila (December 6-8), New Delhi (December 10-12), Dubai (December 14-16) and will conclude in Singapore (December 18-20).
