The Ascend Mate and the Ascend D2 were unveiled at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Xinhua reported.
The company said the phones with bigger, higher-resolution screens were aimed at challenging much bigger rivals, including Samsung and Apple.
The Ascend D2, a small phone but with a high-definition screen with 443 pixels per inch can be compared with the most advanced Samsung and Apple phones, which have resolutions around 300 pixels per inch range, Huawei said.
It is slightly smaller at a five-inch screen, but with a resolution of 1080x1920 pixels with a pixel density of 443ppi, the device's screen is more impressive than the Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5, it said.
The Ascend Mate device screen measures 6.1-inch display compared to Samsung's biggest smartphone to date, the Galaxy Note II, with a 5.5-inch display. It has an 8-megapixel front-facing camera.
Huawei says the standout feature, though, is the 4050mAh battery, which can provide 48 hours of power. Until now, Motorola's Droid Razr Maxx has been the reigning champ with a 3,300mAh battery.
Huawei's consumer business chief executive Richard Yu said the company is hoping its latest smartphones will offer an alternative for people who have to carry around their tablet computer, laptop, smartphone and camera all at once.
