Sarajevo, July 14 (IANS/EFE) Eighteen people were wounded when clashes between fans of Bosnian FK Sarajevo and Polish Lech Poznan broke out in the Bosnian capital early on Tuesday, according to media reports.
Three people suffered head injuries and will remain under observation, N1 television station reported, citing the Sarajevo Clinical Center.
The warring groups used flares, sticks, and even furniture from nearby cafes.
Police intervened to stop the clashes, and said 13 vehicles were damaged.
One person was arrested after the incident.
