Prime Minister Narendra Modi Friday said India was committed to further strengthening its relations with Germany as he greeted it on its "Unification Day".
"My greetings to the people of Germany on their Unification Day. We are committed to further strengthening our relations with Germany," he said.
Unification Day denoted the day when the erstwhile German Democratic Republic or East Germany united with the Fedreal Republic of Germany or West Germany in 1990.
