Conduent appoints Rahul Gupta as chief tech, product officer

US-based business process services company Conduent Inc. on Tuesday announced the appointment of Rahul Gupta as Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO).

Gupta joined Conduent in early 2017 as the leader of the company's IT services division. Prior to Conduent, he worked at Capgemini.

In his new role, Gupta will be responsible for end-to-end product and platform management including implementation, maintenance and innovation, Conduent said.

Baed in Florham Park, New Jersey, he will also be responsible for product roadmaps, product marketing, collaborating with lines of business and clients on product strategy and driving strategic technology partnerships.

"With more than 20 years of experience in leadership, transformation and delivery in IT services, Rahul has the experience needed to help us innovate and grow," said Jeff Friedel, Chief People Officer, Conduent.

"Rahul will play a critical role in leading the next phase of our technology transformation as we continue to make significant investments to help our clients accelerate their digital journeys," Friedel said.
