Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) chief Jai Prakash Agarwal Sunday accused the BJP of hampering the development of the capital.
Agarwal, an MP from northeast Delhi, also charged the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of throwing a spanner in the regularisation process of unauthorised colonies in Delhi.
"The BJP is ruling three Municipal Corporations of Delhi and hampering the development and progress of the city. It is also stalling the preparation of the layout plan for the regularisation of the remaining unauthorised colonies in Delhi," Jaiswal said Sunday during a march he undertook in Timarpur assembly constituency.
Saying that the BJP leaders were "restless" to come power, Agarwal warned that if the party is voted to power, it would ruin the development of Delhi.
Delhi assembly elections are due in November 2013.
