A Madhya Pradesh police constable, who committed suicide on Monday, was earlier questioned by a team probing the Vyapam scam.

Sources said that Ramakant Sharma had been questioned by the Special Investigation Team (SIT) of Madhya Pradesh Police, probing the Vyapam scam.
Police official Nimish Aggarwal, however, told IANS that Ramakant's death was not linked to Vyapam scam.
He said the constable's body was found hanging from the fan but no suicide note was found.
