Court orders FIR against Kumar Vishwas
A court here on Wednesday ordered an FIR be lodged against Aam Aadmi Party leader Kumar Vishwas on a complaint filed by a party volunteer alleging that he molested her.
Metropolitan Magistrate Pankaj Sharma also asked Delhi Police to file a status report by Thursday after asking them to lodge a FIR against Vishwas under charges dealing with molestation.
The woman has filed a complaint last year before court seeking registration of a first information report against Vishwas on charges of molestation.
