Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo's agent Jorge Mendes Tuesday revealed that the Real Madrid prolific striker would sell for at least 300 million pounds if Spanish giants Real Madrid wish to set him free anytime soon.
Asked how much Ronaldo was worth, Mendes said: "Cristano Ronaldo? One billion. His buyout clause one billion, so it is one billion. It is impossible to buy someone like him.
"If for any reason the club decides to sell him tomorrow for 300 million, someone will pay," Mendes was quoted as saying by bbc.com.
Mendes went to the extent of saying that the 29-year-old was the "best sportsman ever" and was incomparable to any other player.
"He is the best player ever in the world. You can't compare him with anybody else," added Mendes.
Questioned if Ronaldo will finish his career at Madrid, Mendes said "for sure". "He will not leave Real Madrid."
