The Congress Working Committee (CWC) met on Monday to discuss and give a final shape to the party's manifesto for the Lok Sabha elections that kicks off on April 11.

Party leaders were also expected to discuss whether or not Congress President Rahul Gandhi should contest from a second seat in one of the southern states.

The CWC is the highest decision-making body of the party. It is meeting for the second time in less than two weeks.
