Around 120 kids were shortlisted by Indian Super League (ISL) football franchise Delhi Dynamos from their open trials for boys born in years 2004-2005 here on Wednesday.
The trials were held at New Willingdon Ground, Chanakyapuri. The event saw a turnout of over 350 people from Delhi and neighbouring states like Punjab, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, a Dynamos statement said.
The shortlisted kids will participate in the final round on April 3 in presence of international coaches from the Reliance Foundation Young Champs Programme and Delhi Dynamos FC.
The selected kids will then be sent to Mumbai for a final round of screening to stand a chance to be part of the Reliance Young Champs residential academy.
The trials was graced by Dynamos player Francisco Fernandes.
