People can buy tickets to the India International Trade Fair (IITF) from all Metro stations, the transporter announced on Saturday.

The tickets for business days at the IITF can be bought from November 14 to November 18, while the general public can buy their tickets for non-business days from November 19 to 27.

The IITF is an annual event held at Pragati Maidan here, to promote national, international trade and to let people have a taste of different cultures. The fortnight long event will be held from November 14 to November 27.

The entry tickets to the trade fair for the general public will be available at all Metro stations, except the Airport Line, where these can be purchased only from the Dhaula Kuan station.

Those visiting the fair on business days can purchase their tickets from 33 Metro stations, which include Kashmere Gate, Rajiv Chowk, Kirti Nagar, and Central Secretariat, among others.

People can buy the entry tickets from customer care centres at the Metro stations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and only for the same day, since no buying of tickets in advance is allowed.

In order to help the massive crowd, that throng the fair, to commute easily, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will be having additional ticket counters at the Pragati Maidan station and also within the premises of IITF, near Gate No. 10.
