Although the sky was partly cloudy Monday, it did not bring much relief to Delhittes from the heat.
Minimum temperature settled one notch above average at 28.8 degrees. Humidity wavered between a high and low of 78 and 45 percent.
The sky will be partly cloudy Tuesday, said an India Meteorological Department officials.
Tuesday's minimum and maximum temperatures were likely to hover around 41 and 29 degrees respectively.
