Spanish football club Deportivo La Coruna has announced they have fired coach Victor Sanchez, only a few months after renewing his contract until June 2017.
The club said in a statement on Monday that the decision was taken by the board of directors and its president Tino Fernandez, reports Efe.
Sanchez took the helm of club in the 2014-15 season, eight weeks before the end of La Liga.
In January this year his contract was extended until June 2017, but poor results and his inability to manage the players led to his dismissal.
