The 'will she' or 'won't she' questions on Raveena Tandon's appearance in "Bombay Velvet" has for long been around. Setting the record straight, the actress says she is a part of the film.

The actress took to micro-blogging site Twitter to clear the air around her appearance in Anurag Kashyap's directorial, lauding its storyline and music.

"Too much hype around my appearance in the film,I have done it for fun and only because I love the film and the music of 'Bombay Velvet'," she tweeted.

The actress also said that she never denied being a part of the movie, but was unclear whether she will appear after film's editing.

"When asked all the time about it, all I said was 'I don't know if I will be there also or no in the final edit as film is in the editing stage'.

"Didnt think so many stories wld come out of 1statement, lot of Twitter friends askd me, thought shld let d noise die down say this for once," she further tweeted.

"Bombay Velvet" is jointly produced by Phantom Films and Fox Star India, and is a large screen adaptation of Gyan Prakash's "Mumbai Fables". It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Karan Johar and Anushka Sharma.

R. Balki a big fan of wife's movies

Filmmaker R. Balakrishnan aka Balki says he is impressed with the way his wife Gauri Shinde uses real emotions to convey a message through her films.

The director also feels his wife is one of the finest filmmakers in India.

"She is very good and sensitive. She is one of the finest filmmakers in our country because her sensitivity is very real it comes from real life," he said.

Gauri's directorial debut with Sridevi-starrer "English Vinglish" garnered plaudits from every quarters for telling story of a housewife, who doesn't know English and how an overseas trip helps her to bring out the best in her.

Meanwhile, Balki's "Shamitabh", which released Feb 6, was appreciated by the critics for its original plot and charm of the actors -- Amitabh Bachchan, Dhanush and debutante Akshara Haasan - in the three principal characters.
