Rapper Iggy Azalea has sparked speculations that she's got another cosmetic surgery done.

Azalea flaunted bigger lips in a new photograph she posted on Instagram.

In the image, the Australia-born musician can be seen putting her hand on her head while giving a suspicious stare to the camera. Her lips looked bigger in the black-and-white image, reports aceshowbiz.com.

As suggested by the caption, which read, "#DigitalDistortion", the photograph was intended to tease her new album.

Many Instagram users noticed the slight change in Azalea's appearance, especially her upper lips, and commented on the image.

On user wrote: "Her top lip wtf."

Another user commented: "Ewww gonna ruin her face and etc just like them plastic ppl."

@takemyassvirginity similarly said: "Ok now she's taken plastic surgery to the next level."
