Singer Lily Allen is said to have tweeted and then deleted on Twitter a post about her lover -- a DJ.

The 31-year-old singer, who was rumoured to have split from husband Sam Cooper in December 2015, spoke out after legal papers showed she was in bed with grime DJ Daniel London when a stalker burst into her flat in the middle of the night last October, reports mirror.co.uk.

In a tweet, which has now been deleted, she wrote: "I had hoped I could keep my relationship quiet until I introduced my boyfriend to my children."

According to legal documents obtained by The Sun, Allen - who has two daughters, Ethel, 4, and three-year-old Marnie, with Cooper - was in bed with Daniel when her stalker Alex Gray broke into her home at 1.30 a.m. on October 2, 2015.

The papers say: "In the early hours of Friday October 2, 2015, there as a burglary at Cooper's flat.

"At about 1.30 a.m., Cooper was in her bedroom with her friend Lawrence London. Her two children were asleep in their bedroom, and her nanny was in her bedroom."

The documents reveal Daniel - who was born Lawrence London and goes by the stage name MC Meridian Dan - "got out of bed" to confront Gray after he got into the house through an unlocked back door.

They say: "A man came in she did not know - it was the defendant Gray.

"He was shouting loudly at her, saying 'Where's my dad?'

"When her friend Lawrence London went to intervene, Gray said words to the effect 'You know who I am stop pretending.'

"Cooper assured London that she did not know who he was, and asked him to get the stranger out of her house.

"London got out of bed, and put his hand on the man's shoulder. He was still screaming at Cooper, words to the effect 'She's a b***h, her and her kids.'

"London began to usher him out of the bedroom ... and he left. London shut the doors and went back to check on Cooper."

Paranoid schizophrenic Gray, who has stalked the "Smile" hitmaker since 2009, was sectioned this month after being convicted of burglary and stalking.
