Drunk man strangles father
An elderly man was strangled by his inebriated son here Wednesday evening, police said. The accused was arrested.
Sunder Rajan, 65, a casual labour was beaten and strangled by his son Sharwan following an argument in west Delhi's Dwarka area around 5.30 p.m., police said.
Rajan was taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead.
Police said his son was drunk, adding that the exact reason for the fight was being investigated.
