Indian Super League (ISL) franchise Delhi Dynamos FC (DD) will play against Swedish football club BK Hacken here on Thursday, the team said on Tuesday.
The team is undergoing their pre-ISL training here. The tournament begins on October 3.
The team's first ever signing from an English Premier League (EPL) club, Adil Nabi in a release said: "It's been fantastic to work with Roberto (Carlos), with the experience and the knowledge he has. You can see in his coaching ideas that he's been at the highest level. I'm really enjoying it, this is my first time in Sweden and I'm looking to learn as much as I can."
Dynamos are training twice a day with assistant manager Walmir da Cruz overlooking the proceedings. Manager Roberto Carlos and goalkeeping coach Leandro Franco focus on the tactics and technical performance, the release said.
"This is my first time in Sweden. It's a new experience and a very good one. In pre-season you need to train hard and also get along with your teammates. That's what we are doing.
"I'm really happy to train with someone professional like Leandro. He pushes us very hard to achieve the best possible results," said the team's Spanish goalkeeper Toni Doblas.
The management believes that having a relaxed yet focussed approach to training will make the players' minds and bodies fit as well as free from stress and pressure of the game.
