Although Real Sociedad coach Jagoba Arraste may have thought he was being brave by starting with an attacking trio of Carlos Vela, Antoine Griezmann and Haris Seferovic, but the fact is it was an open invitation for Madrid to tear his side apart as none of the three got back to provide defensive cover, leaving full backs Carlos Martinez and Jose Angel perilously exposed every time Madrid looked to attack.
