Rapper Eminem has surpassed country singer George Strait to become the second best-selling male artist of all time in the US, reports contactmusic.com.
Strait has sold 44.89 million albums throughout his 30 years in the music business.
Eminem's latest album "The Marshall Mathers Lp 2", surpassed the two million mark last week, lifting his total record sales to 44.9 million.
Eminem also earned his 50th Billboard Hot 100 song with "Headlights".
