Emaar MGF, a joint venture of MGF Developments and Dubai-based Emaar Properties, Tuesday said it has become the first company to receive completion certificate for a project on the Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC).
Emaar MGF has received required clearances for local authorities for its Indore Greens project, an integrated township spread over 200 acres of lush green area in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
This is the first project on Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) to get the completion certificate, Emaar MGF said in a statement here.
The township is adjacent to DMIC and is nearly 2 kilometres from Devi Ahilya Bai Holkar Airport of Indore, the commercial capital of Madhya Pradesh.
