A woman has been arrested in Britain on suspicion of "preparation of terrorist acts", police said Wednesday.
Scotland Yard says the woman, 25, was arrested in Bedfordshire and taken to a police station in London, BBC reported.
The investigation "is related to Syria" and two addresses in Bedfordshire are now being searched, police added.
The woman was arrested by officers from the Metropolitan Police's SO15 Counter Terrorism Command.
