Producer Ryan Murphy will tell the story of the relationship between Britains Prince Charles and Princess Diana in the next installment of "Feud", the makers have said.

Murphy's highly anticipated new anthology limited series "Feud: Bette and Joan" is yet to premiere, but cable network FX has already renewed the series for a second part.

The network has given the go ahead for 10 episodes for the second installment of the "Feud" franchise. "Feud: Charles and Diana" is scheduled to debut in 2018, read a statement from Star World Premiere HD.

The "Feud: Bette and Joan" will premiere internationally on Sunday, and in India on March 12 on Star World Premiere HD.

"Feud: Bette and Joan" tells the tangled story of the rivalry between Hollywood icons Bette Davis and Joan Crawford. The eight-episode series depicts many of the sordid, amusing and difficult things that transpire as the actresses make film "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane", as well as the events that followed the release of the 1962 film.

Murphy will be teaming up with Jon Robin Baitz to write the Charles and Diana story.

Charles got married to Diana in 1981. They separated after a little more than a decade, before divorcing in 1996. Diana died in a car crash in Paris in 1997. Charles is now married to Camilla Parker-Bowles.
