FIFA U20 World Cup finals will start Friday with an opening ceremony in Kayseri city of central Turkish.
FIFA President Joseph Blatter is expected to attend the opening ceremony, and the opening match will be played between Cuba and South Korea at the Kadir Has Stadium in Kayseri, reports Xinhua.
Other venues for the tournament are in Istanbul, Bursa, Antalya, Trabzon, Rize and Gaziantep.
Turkey will compete in Group C with Colombia, El Salvador and Australia, and they will play their first group match against El Salvador Saturday at Avni Aker Stadium in Trabzon along the Black Sea.
The semifinals will be played July 10 in Bursa and Trabzon. The match for the third place will be played July 13 in Istanbul and the final to be played on the same day at Istanbul's Ali Sami Yen Stadium.
