A fire broke out Wednesday morning on the seventh floor of Delhi's Shastri Bhawan that houses some union ministeries, an official said.
The fire was reported at 9.40 a.m.
Eight fire tenders were rushed.
"We are yet to ascertain the reason behind the fire. No casualties have been reported so far," a fire service official said.
The official added that the floor has been evacuated.
