First edition of 'Harry Potter' auctioned, fetches 150,000 pounds

The first edition of J.K. Rowling's "Harry Potter and The Philosopher's Stone" has reportedly been sold for 150,000 pounds (over $200,000) at an auction held at Sotheby's.
The one-of-a-kind copy contains handwritten notes by Rowling, a 43-page commentary and 22 original illustrations, reports thesun.co.uk.
The book, published in 1997, was sold to a telephone bidder.
