The event will take place in the Ball Room A and B, Conrad Hotel, Dubai, and members of the Pakistan and Sri Lanka cricket team, who have played in previous ICC U19 Cricket World Cups, as well as officials of the Emirates Cricket Board (ECB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC) are expected to attend the event, ICC said in a statement.
