Fortis to consider four bid proposals
Fortis Healthcare (FHL) on Friday said that it will consider the bids of four suitors -- Hero Enterprise Investment Office and Burman Family Office, IHH Healthcare Berhand, Radiant Life Care and TPG Asia and Manipal Health Enterprises -- in the new transaction process.
According to a BSE filing, the company said that it has received interest from various parties on May 31, 2018 "as per the timelines specified in the Invitation for
Transaction Participation".
In another development the company announced that Non-Executive Independent Director Ravi Rajagopal has been appointed the Chairman of its Board.
