Four killed in China flood

Four people were killed after a rainstorm triggered a flash flood in China's Inner Mongolia autonomous region.

The flood occurred Saturday evening, when a downpour hit Liangcheng county and washed away a cart crossing a river, killing three people riding atop it, Xinhua reported.

A forest worker was also killed.
