France, Iran to hold talks

France and Iran will hold discussions on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly next week, as French President Francois Hollande accepted an invitation to meet Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, Xinhua reported Thursday.

The meet has been planned on request, media quoted Hollande as saying, while providing no further details on the possible content of the meeting.
