Gautam Rode showcases his muscular back inked with a huge tattoo as he stands amid a group of Naga Sadhus in the first look poster of his upcoming show "Mahakumbh".
The Life OK show will "unfold an unheard story of a legend with powers unmatchable", said a statement.
"It is also an amalgamation of contemporary and period drama as even though the main setting is modern, it has excerpts of the past," the statement read further.
Gautam, most popular for essaying the lead role in "Saraswatichandra", will play the protagonist in the show, which has been shot in various locations in India and abroad, making the show a visual treat by itself.
The show is slated to go on air soon, but a date is yet to be locked.
Its first look seems strong and unique. It keeps the suspense of Gautam's look in the show, yet gives a glimpse into the authenticity and scale that the audiences can expect from "Mahakumbh".
