Ginobili to stay with Spurs for two more years

Eleven-year veteran Manu Ginobili has tweeted to admit he had agreed to stay with San Antonio Spurs.

"Thrilled to announce that as I always hoped, I'm gonna stay with the @spurs for two more years," Ginobili tweeted, reports Xinhua.

Ginobili had spent all his 11 NBA years with Spurs. The financial details of the new contract remained unknown, while the Spurs haven't commented on the tweet.

The 35-year-old Argentinean veteran averaged 14.9 points, 4.0 assists and 3.9 rebounds through his NBA career.
