Goa CM submits resignation to Governor
Goa Chief Minister Laxmikant Parsekar submitted his resignation to Goa Governor Mridula Sinha on Saturday.
Parsekar, who lost the election from the Mandrem assembly seat, is expected to address a press conference later.
