Prime Minister Narendra Modi has done grave injustice to Assam by not raising the issue of construction of dams over the Brahmaputra river by China during his recent visit to that country, Chief Minister Tarun Gogoi said on Tuesday.
In a statement issued here, Gogoi said such a vital issue concerning the state should have been raised by Modi during talks with his Chinese counterpart.
