A guerrilla hideout was busted by a joint army and police team in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district on Saturday and a quantity of arms and ammunition recovered, an army official said.
"Based on specific information, the Samote-based Rashtriya Rifles battalion under the aegis of Rashtriya Rifles Uniform Force Headquarters, Reasi along with the police personnel from police station Budhal travelled over rugged terrain and dense forest area and recovered arms and ammunition from Shapur area of Rajouri," army's northern command spokesman, Col. S.D. Goswami told IANS.
He said the seizures included an AK-47 rifle with magazine along with 48 rounds, 22 rounds for a Pika gun, three pistol rounds, and an RPG round.
