The Haryana government has decided to seek public suggestions at different stages of formulation of state policies, regulations and legislation to ensure good governance.
The suggestions will be sought through the online mechanism, an Administrative Reforms Department spokesman said here on Wednesday.
All administrative secretaries and heads of departments have been asked to ensure that before passing, the drafts of policies/regulations/legislations are put on the departmental website for inviting suggestions and comments from the general public.
Suggestions and comments thus received should be compiled and processed by the department and displayed on the website to indicate how they have been incorporated in the final notification, the spokesman said.
