Injured myself on first day of 'Meri Hanikarak...': Karan Suchak
Actress Karan Suchak says he injured himself on the first day of shooting for upcoming TV show "Meri Hanikarak Biwi".
Karan, who will be seen as Akhilesh in the show, was shooting with his onscreen wife Jia Shankar in a train. For a scene, Jia had to push Karan, but unfortunately he hit a rod and injured his arm.
"I injured myself on the very first day of our shoot as part of a sequence where Jia had to push me away. On hindsight, I consider the fall lucky," Karan said in a statement.
"The shoot did stop for a while and everyone was caught in shock, but later it became a joke on the set as the title suggests -- 'Meri Hanikarak Biwi', where my onscreen girl proves to be a danger to my life. The concept of the show is very unusual and I hope audiences will like it," he added.
The show will soon be aired on &TV.

Was a challenge to wear heels: Nitin Goswami
Actor Nitin Goswami says it was a challenge for him to wear heels and dance for a sequence in TV show "Siddhivinayak".
Nitin will be reprising actor Arjun Kapoor's popular song "High heels" from the film "Ki & Ka".
"I practised walking in heels prior to the shoot and learnt how to balance in them. The team got me customised heels so that it fits me and they made sure I was comfortable," Nitin said in a statement.
"Honestly, it was quite a challenge to be wearing them. But, I am glad that I got to do something new and I hope the audience will enjoy this sequence," he added.
