"Thor" actor Chris Hemsworth has finished filming director Paul Feig's "Ghostbusters" and says he "never laughed so much" before.
Hemsworth took to Twitter to announce that he had wrapped production of the film and posted a photo giving thumbs up signs while posing next to two crew members who sport the same hat, reports aceshowbiz.com.
"Just wrapped @Ghostbusters. Such an amazing cast and director. Had a blast. Never laughed so much in my life," so read the caption of the photo.
In the forthcoming film, Hemsworth plays the Ghostbusters' secretary, a role originated by Annie Potts in the 1984 movie.
The "Ghostbusters" reboot follows two authors, who collaborate on a book to prove that ghosts are real and exist among human. When ghosts invade Manhattan, they reunite with two other wranglers to hunt down the ghosts.
The comedy film is slated for a US release on July 22, 2016.
