Singer-actress Hilary Duff is officially a single woman again.
Duff and former ice hockey player Mike Comrie's divorce was finalised on January 28, two years after they announced their split in January 2014.
New legal documents obtained by tmz.com also reveal how the former couple split their assets.
According to the legal documents, Duff has to pay Comrie $2,408,786 for his share of the property, but she gets to keep their Beverly Hills mansion and the rest of any previously shared property.
Additionally, the "Younger" star gets to keep her interest in a Malibu mobile home, while the former NHL star gets to keep his Bentley coupe, Mercedes G-Class SUV and some jewellery.
Duff and Comrie have agreed to joint custody of their three-year-old son Luca. They also have agreed to split the child-rearing costs, and neither of them will receive child and spousal support.
