Human rights mean valuing each individual: Pope

Vatican City, May 20 (IANS/AKI) A true commitment to human rights means valuing each and every person as an individual, Pope Francis said on Friday.

"The firm commitment for human rights springs from an awareness of the unique and supreme value of each person," Francis tweeted.

He has over 22 million followers on his nine-language @Pontifex account on the microblogging website.
